Scheid “Saphiro” spice oils are spice oils with swimming herbs and thus an interesting supplement to our successful spice marinades and sauces. They are very heat stable, have a spreading consistency, make the meat mellow and tender and protect it from oxidation. The herbs are equally distributed and also don't sink in the bottle after they have been on the shelf for a long time. “Saphiro” spice oils cover the meat well and are excellent for short frying and grilling. |
